Film thickness gauge-LZ-370

LZ-370 is used for measuring coating thickness of magnetic piece and non-magnetic metal, it includes full function of electromagnetic and eddy current thickness gauge (with one hundred set measure graph), applied on gauging various material and thickness, it is the best type for measuring in site.

Coating thickness is under 50um, measurable precision is +/- 1um

Coating thickness is between 50-100um, measurable precision is +/- 2%

Coating thickness is over than 1000um, measurable precision is +/- 3%

 

It is used for gauging chrome plating thickness on all GMA product, such like as extrusion die channel, exterior of feedblock, adapter etc.
