Yes, based on polymer property and production , there are two options for making multi layers, use feed block with extrusion die or use multi manifold die. -
How long is the averagely service life of extrusion die? How can extend service life?
Under normal usage and regular maintenance, the averagely service life of extrusion die is around 10 years. Follow operation manual to take appropriate usage and maintenance to extend service life. -
How to debug abnormal situation of extrusion die, such like flow marks, uneven thickness?

Is there any adjustable device of extrusion die?
Basic adjustable design, one is width adjustment deckle system for change product width, another is screw adjusting lip gap for change product thickness. Other adjustable design can be offered to meet customer requirement. -
To fit different product specification, is it possible to revise the existing extrusion die? If it is not, new extrusion die for replacement can be designed to fit the existing system?
After feasibility evaluation, we can revise the die that made by us, if the specification is quite different, new extrusion die can be design to fit the existing temperature control system, connecting dimension for replacement. -

How multi manifold die ensure good distribution of each layer?
Multi manifold die equips with individual temperature control and adjusting screw of each layer for good distribution. -
What’s the importance of chrome plating to extrusion die?
Chrome plating process is used to form the smooth contact surface with polymer, to reduce wear and tear come from friction and extend service life of extrusion die. Some special steels don’t need chrome plating.
